MADISON, Wis. -- For the fourth time in program history, a Wisconsin men's track and field athlete was named Big Ten Freshman of the Year, as freshman Joe Hardy earned the honor on Tuesday after his triumph in the 1500 meters at the 2015 Big Ten Outdoor Championships.
