University of Wisconsin graduate student Olin Hacker joins DyeStat editor Doug Binder to discuss Friday's Nuttycombe Invitational at the Thomas Zimmer Championship Course in Madison. Hacker is in his seventh year as a member of the Wisconsin track and field and cross country program due to a combination of redshirt, medical hardship and COVID-19 eligibility adjustments. Hacker has competed at the NCAA Cross Country Championships four times and is seeking his first All-American citation this fall. He will also compete at Nuttycombe for the fourth time on Friday. Hacker's family has deep roots in the Wisconsin program, including his father Tim, who was the 1985 NCAA cross country champion for the Badgers.
