EUGENE, Ore. -- For the first time since 1999, the Wisconsin women's track and field team enjoyed a top-two finish at the NCAA championships as junior Kelsey Card took second in the shot put with a Big Ten-record throw at the 2015 NCAA Outdoor Championships on Thursday at Hayward Field.
