Josie Schaefer, a senior at Wisconsin, won the women's invitational elite shot put with a second-round mark of 62-3.25 (18.98m) at the 63rd Mt. SAC Relays at Hilmer Lodge Stadium in Walnut, Calif. Schaefer also earned eighth place in the invitational elite discus throw with a 186-foot (56.70m) effort.
